Dr. Alexander Lewis is a Medical Doctor, certified by the American Board of Dermatology. Dr. Lewis is a specialist physician and surgeon with expertise in all aspects of the evaluation and treatment of diseases and disorders of the skin.

We are here to help you with problems with your skin whether due to disease, the environment, or time. The visible areas of your skin present you to the world. For some people their skin is something like their air supply, they never even think about it until something goes wrong. Then a problem can be most irksome. We provide medical and surgical treatment for a wide range of disorders from common problems such as rashes, itches, irritations, allergies, acne, eczema, spots, and growths to the more esoteric. Board certified dermatologists are trained and must constantly update their knowledge to be able to recognize the more unusual skin derangements as well as "routine" problems. Sometimes these things can all look similar, even to the non-dermatologist physician. As a medically oriented dermatology practice one of our most impotant missions is to find and remove skin cancer when it is early, small, and easily treated with minimal intervention. America is experiencing a skin cancer epidemic primarily due to sun exposure. The good news is that we can cure almost all of them.

We participate in most PPO insurance plans and Medicare. We bill insurance plans in which we participate and Medicare for our patients. Our staff understands the complex nature of health insurance and we are here to help.
